Our services are chargeable. The sum depends on the result of your answers in the questionnaire. You can choose the relevant legal service and we`ll show its price.
The price of our services does not include any additional services required under the local laws (for example, translators` services). These services will be paid additionally in accordance with the separate invoice.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the services. In such case we will notify you by email.

We undertake to safeguard the confidentiality of all the information and documentation received from you. 
We may only disclose such information and documentation with your authorization or where ordered to do so by any administrative or court authority.
All information and documentation received will be stored no longer than it’s required by applicable law.

By pressing the button “Send” or similar, you agree to constitute electronic communications. You agree to electronic document flow. You agree to the use of electronic signatures. These electronic communications satisfy legal requirements.

We accept full liability for the services provided by us. 
We shall be liable to you for any such damage or loss as may be caused to you as a result of the willful misconduct or gross negligence. Other than in these cases, the extent of our liability shall be governed by the terms of the relevant Engagement Letter. 
Our liability shall be limited to direct damage caused to you.

Since we help you create the legal documents that are customized for you, you are responsible for providing us with correct and reliable information. Our documents are prepared only on the basis of the information you provide in the questionnaire. All risks associated with the provision of legal services rendered in connection with the provision of incorrect or unreliable information are borne by you.
You represent and warrant that you are duly authorized and empowered to send the documentation and information for a provision of legal services.  
Our conclusions may lose their relevance due to changes in judicial practice and legislation in the future.
From time to time, we may notify you of the need to change the forms and documents developed by us due to a change in applicable law or other rules. You are also solely responsible for the continued compliance of the developed forms with the requirements of the law or other rules.

The IP rights in the documents created shall be held by us. 
You may use all the documents created by us only for your personal use and may not distribute such documents for any commercial purposes. 

These Terms of Services are governed by the Latvian law. 

The parties of these Terms of Services agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating litigation. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one party to the other party.
If the Parties are unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, you hereby agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Latvia, in relation to any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms of Services.

We may update or revise these Terms of Service. The date of the latest update or revision will be placed above the document. Therefore, we recommend you reviewing these Terms of Service from time to time.
